It might not look like much from the surface but there is a lot happening at Clyde Grammar’s new campus.
Clyde Grammar’s new carpark is well underway with the underground drainage almost complete. Once completed, substrate rock will be placed into the carpark area and it will start to look more like the entrance to our beautiful new campus.
Building envelope has been raised and compacted, and all underground services have been completed. These services include elements such us sewer, electrical and communications.
In the next few weeks, rammed earth walls will be installed and the slab will be poured.
All steel work is currently being manufactured off site and will be ready for immediate erection once the slab pour is complete. This is when things start to get really exciting!
The build is progressing very nicely and we can’t wait to share more progress reports with you!
