STEM creations, team building, 1980s dance routines and the Athletics Carnival have been keeping students engaged, as they look forward to the Book Week celebration this Friday.

Year 4 student Belle is heading to Nationals after a standout state result, with Clyde Grammar rallying through fundraising and community support to help her reach Queensland.

Our students continue to thrive in Term 3, with rich learning experiences and strong community spirit, highlighted by the overwhelming support for Belle’s journey to Nationals.

Students have embraced storytelling, multiplication and Australian habitats this term. With creative projects and curious minds, learning continues to flourish both inside and outside the classroom.

Specialist classes have sparked creativity and curiosity this term, with students designing, performing, moving, and thinking in new ways. It’s been a joyful, hands-on time of learning and discovery.

It was a photo finish that left everyone on the edge of their seats, but for our Year 4 student, Annabelle, the result couldn’t have been more exciting!

As Term 2 comes to a close, students have enjoyed a term of growth and achievement. We’ve welcomed a local carpark safety initiative and will finish with a fun pyjama day and pizza lunch. With athletics, swimming and Book Week ahead next term, there’s plenty to look forward to after the break!

Foundation students visited Myuna Farm as part of their ‘Animals’ Inquiry unit. Year 1 explored history and heritage toys, with a special visit to Coal Creek. Year 2 students worked on descriptive writing and learnt how to read maps. All classes are now looking forward to a well-earned break!

Students explored colour and light through spinning wheels in STEM. In Religion and Values, they reflected on their uniqueness and how to show kindness. Health and PE celebrated cross country success and teamwork. In Performing Arts, Year 4 students created their own slapstick comedy performances.

Year 3 teacher, Miss Bellamie Evans, has been awarded the prestigious Peter McRae Meyer Primary Teaching Prize for 2025. Her nurturing approach, dedication, and early-career excellence were celebrated at Melbourne’s Arts Centre. Clyde Grammar congratulates Miss Evans on this significant achievement and her inspiring contribution to our learning community.
