As we step into Term 4, I am delighted to witness such a fantastic start to the final term of our academic year. The level of enthusiasm across the school is inspiring.

I am thrilled to share the success of our recent Year 3 Sleepover. It was a joyful experience for students and staff and lots of wonderful memories were made. A huge thank you to our dedicated teachers who made the memorable night possible.

This term, all students are diligently preparing for our much-anticipated Performing Arts showcase on Tuesday, 12 November. It promises to be a spectacular display of everyone’s talent and creativity, and I am so proud of the hard work and dedication our students have put into rehearsals.

Thank you to everyone who has already purchased tickets for the showcase. We have a limited number of tickets remaining for the Foundation to Year 2 performance and a greater number of tickets available for the Years 3 to 4 performance.

From the Principal

In no time at all, Term 1 has been and almost gone and it has been a busy time for all. Foundation students eased themselves into school routines and there has been hands-on learning and exploring across the year levels. Here’s to an equally exciting Term 2!

From the Classroom

From learning how to form letters to meeting new buddies, and from fighting food waste to exploring the world of patterns, our Foundation to Year 2 students have been busy learning and exploring. Supported by their teachers, every student has enjoyed new opportunities and experiences inside and outside the classroom.

Specialist Classes

Specialist classes are an opportunity for our students to enrich their learning and to discover new passions and talents. A love of literacy is fostered in our Library sessions while STEM/ICT, Spanish and Health and PE encourage students to become multi-skilled young people who are lifelong learners.

From the Principal

Term 1 always arrives with many expectations, much excitement and the promise of so many good things to come as the year unfolds. This year has been no exception. Students across the school have thrown themselves into their classes and activities and their teachers have been impressed!

From the Classroom

Term 1 is off to a flying start across the Clyde Grammar classrooms. Foundation students have quickly settled into their new school while Year 1 students have been fascinated by mini beasts. Year 4 art students have been drawing ‘en plein air’ while Year 5 students have become ‘super sleuths.’

Specialist Classes

Our specialist classes in Library, STEM/ICT, Spanish, Religion and Values, and Health and PE deepen student learning and understanding as well as their creativity and curiosity. From creating Dash Robots and learning to say ‘hola,’ to exploring the meaning of respect, each week brings a new discovery.
