Exploring Faraway Lands!
Foundation, Year 1 and Year 2 students have been focusing on Drama this term for Performing Arts.
We have travelled to many faraway lands and activated our imagination in exciting places like pirate ships, outer space and enchanted forests.
The year 2 students have been learning acting skills and how to work with scripts.
Next week they will present a short script showcasing the skills they have learned this term.
The Performing Arts helps develop students’ empathy, creativity, and self-confidence and provides a space for self-expression. It has been great to see students thriving in Drama this term.
