CSV Board
The Board of CSV Limited (CSV) invites members of the Clyde Grammar School community to submit an expression of interest to serve as a Non-Executive Director of the CSV Board.
CSV Limited (CSV) is a company limited by guarantee and is the governing body for Clyde Grammar School and two other low fee Christian schools, namely Casey Grammar School in Cranbourne East, and Balcombe Grammar School in Mt Martha. The three schools are operated as separate entities, each with its own attributes, features, and distinct characteristics.
CSV is committed to ensuring that each of its schools provides a challenging, enriching and supporting learning environment which develops confident and articulate young people who have the skills, knowledge, values and attitudes needed to shape their future and contribute meaningfully to the community.
Appointment as a CSV Non-Executive Director requires a values-based approach and the capacity and enthusiasm to contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the company and its schools. Governance experience and knowledge are preferred and qualifications and experience in education will be well regarded.
