The upcoming months are usually the off-season for school uniform purchases and, based on previous sales and customer trends, we are introducing a trial transition to seasonal operating hours.
During peak season:
- The physical store will be accessible every day.
- Our online store will continue to be available 24/7.
- The Click & Collect service will remain fully operational, ensuring flexibility for customers.
- Our phone lines and customer service channels will continue to provide assistance during this period.
During the low season of August, September and October, our adjusted store hours will be:
- Monday and Wednesday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Tuesday / Thursday/Friday: 1:00 to 5:00 pm
- Saturday: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
We will resume full trading hours from 1 November, 2023.
This trial period presents an opportunity to meet the changing needs of our customers and to create a flexible and dynamic work environment for our staff. Introducing these adjusted hours means we can offer our team the chance to work remotely during quieter periods.
